1. At Valencia Cosmetica, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@valenciacosmetica.com with your order number and product information.​

2. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving and approving your return.​

3. Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by Valencia Cosmetica and that you are responsible for the safe return of the product.
