Nebal Mansour
I am 24 years old, I have always had a passion for design, filmmaking, and editing, and beauty has been close to my heart.
In 2019, I decided to turn my passion into reality and started my first business, Grace Lashes, specializing in false eyelashes and lash extensions. Unfortunately, the launch of the company coincided with the outbreak of the pandemic, making it difficult to sustain the business. Eventually, I made the tough decision to close Grace Lashes, but my passion for beauty and entrepreneurship remained strong.
My friend and I then began developing ideas for a new beauty brand, and that’s how Valencia Cosmetica was born – a company created for both women and men who love beauty. Our vision is to offer innovative, high-quality products that bring out the best in every individual.
Product Developer & International Relations
Shirwan Karam
I am 41 years old with over a decade of experience living and working in the Canary Islands, Spain, I bring a strong background in international business, partnerships, and market development. Over the past 10 years, I have specialized in building strategic agreements, managing international relations, and driving growth through sales, marketing, and product development.
My approach is rooted in both practical experience and a deep understanding of customer needs across different markets. I have been actively involved in shaping product direction, ensuring that each offering aligns with both quality standards and real customer expectations.
A key part of my role has been hands-on product testing — having personally used over 90% of the company’s products. This allows me to contribute valuable insights into product performance, usability, and overall customer experience.

Antonio González Bonilla
Antonio is a Senior AI Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in building enterprise-grade software. Specializing in Generative AI, Microservices, and Fullstack development, he creates scalable systems that bridge technical innovation with measurable business value.
He is also the owner of Televoip.es, where he applies his technical expertise to real-world business solutions. Antonio is 53 years old and is based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
