AMBASSADOR POLICY  

Becoming an ambassador for Valencia Cosmetica is something we see as a close and personal collaboration.

Our ambassadors are carefully selected individuals who we believe share our values and vision. When you are selected as an ambassador, you will receive a personal welcome from us, along with information about the ambassador role and how our commission system works.

We are grateful to everyone who chooses to become part of Valencia Cosmetica and wants to grow together with us.

As a Valencia Cosmetica ambassador, you will receive a personal discount code that you can share with your followers and customers. Through your unique code, you can also earn commission on the sales you generate.

Ambassador levels and commission rates are based on sales performance, activity and engagement. Valencia Cosmetica follows each ambassador's progress individually and will get in touch when it is appropriate to discuss the next steps.

Commission is paid on approved purchases made through the ambassador's personal discount code.

In the event of returns, cancelled purchases, refunds or order cancellations, no commission will be paid on the affected sales.

Personal purchases made by the ambassador are not eligible for commission. However, ambassadors may use their personal discount code to receive the applicable ambassador discount.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on the 25th of the following month.

To ensure successful payments, ambassadors must provide Valencia Cosmetica with accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Valencia Cosmetica reserves the right to review and correct any incorrectly registered commissions, including cases involving returns, refunds, cancelled orders or technical errors.

We appreciate our ambassadors representing Valencia Cosmetica in a professional and respectful manner. All content published as part of the ambassador partnership must comply with applicable advertising regulations and guidelines for commercial collaborations.

At the same time, we want every ambassador to feel comfortable being themselves and creating content in their own personal and natural style.

We believe in authentic collaborations that reflect both the ambassador's personality and the values of Valencia Cosmetica.

Valencia Cosmetica reserves the right to make changes to the ambassador program, including its levels, benefits, commission structures and terms.

In the event of significant changes, affected ambassadors will be informed accordingly.
